Catastrophe Claims Adjusting with Xactimate
Training
The course is designed to cover the complex estimating and
scoping techniques for catastrophe adjusting. Students will be introduced to
catastrophic claims adjusting principles and methodologies and be shown how to
quickly evaluate and develop an accurate estimate using advanced functions in
Xactimate and its sketch tool. Every student will have a sophisticated
foundation of graphical estimating using the program sketch.

practices and scoping techniques
- Xactimate time-saving techniques
- Utilizing Xactimate macros
- Sketch tool training
- Xactimate dimensioning and variables
- Catastrophe claim timeframes and expectations

Laptop Requirements:
- Xactimate 27 requires at least a 1.5 GHz
processor Your computer should have 1 GB of Ram, 2 to 4 GB is recommended
- Your computer needs at least 5 Gig of free
hard drive space
- Xactimate 27 works with Windows XP Service
Pak 3, Windows Vista 32 & 64 bit and Windows 7 32 & 64 bit.
- Students will need to bring a printer,
digital camera and tape measure. Training manuals and all other course related
items will be supplied by the training center.
Certification Requirements for the two day
certication course:
- a copy of a resume with 2 yrs experience
- a copy of an adjusting licence from any state
or province
- Our certifications are held at the Southern
Oklahoma Technology Center in Ardmore Oklahoma, 2610 Sam Noble Pkwy Course
