Adjuster Resources Our adjusters are
industry professionals and highly experienced in handling catastrophe claims.
As well, they are available for deployment whenever and wherever disaster
strikes at any given time. Each and every staff member will be properly
licensed, accredited and certified prior to reporting to the event location.
Why they are available? We provide three
levels of adjusters to work on an ongoing daily basis. Many receive a portion
or all of their income through other work that is provided to them through
CATASTROPHE RESPONSE UNIT that is non- catastrophe related. This
insures that we have a level of resources upon which we can count to be
available during major catastrophic events.
As a result, CRU has built a large roster of loyal
catastrophe adjusters. Currently CRU has an active roster of over 1200
catastrophe adjusters that can be ready and deployed within a 24-36 hour time
frame of when an event occurs.
Quality Management Audit Program To
ensure consistent delivery of work product that exceeds our clients
expectations, CRU maintains an ongoing work product audit process. The audit
process is a combination of both on site review as well as desk audits of the
work product, insuring a high level of compliance.
CRU has on-site managers and supervisors with
hands-on experience to manage and coordinate all aspects of the catastrophe
operations. Our management team provides ongoing quality assurance and support
through an audit process. Our audit process has several components to include:
- Desk Audits
Our management staff
conducts a thorough review of each and every claim. We review the scope as
compared to the photographs, the estimate and all supporting documents for
consistency with the general principles of estimatics. Any inconsistencies are
identified, corrections made and appropriate follow-up conducted with the
adjuster.
